You are looking at a shiny silver tone Key Chain with a loop at one end and a swivel lobster claw hook at the other end that can be attached to a belt loop or other handy spot... a convenient and fun way to carry your keys. There are 6 blank charms between the loops, but the one at each end would remain attached to the ring and hook.
