You are looking at a sterling silver .925 genuine dandretic agate pendant. This silver and natural stone pendant has a large 8mm bale, to accommodate most chains. The body of the pendant is made of genuine quarter-oval dandretic agate, measuring about 7/8 inch (on the longest side) by 5/8 inch at the widest point, and is in a simple bezel setting with silver curlicues and silver drops on the bottom and both sides. The pendant measures about 1 5/8 inch high (including the bale) by 1 inch across at the widest point, and weighs about 7.62 grams overall. This is a beautiful pendant.
