You are looking at a .925 sterling silver green amber pendant. This silver amber pendant has a 4mm bale. The body of the pendant is a triangular sterling frame with two pieces of green amber and one piece of light green amber in various shapes, all in bezel settings. There is a rope of silver curling through the center. The pendant measures about 1 inch high (including the bale) by 11/16 inch across at the widest point, and weighs about 1.76 grams overall.
