The body of the pendant is made of genuine turquoise, measuring about 5/16 inch at the widest point by ½ inch long. The oval turquoise is in a bezel setting. This double-sided pendant has a silver oval-shape that embodies a filigree design on the reverse side. The edges of the pendant, circling the heart, are dotted with seven different colored gemstones.
